CONSULTANCY

Greg provides consultancies on a short and longer-term basis for organisations wishing to change and improve their efficiency and effectiveness in a variety of areas including:

  • Contact with Service Users

    Developing ways to increase levels of engagement and personalisation of service whilst reducing waiting lists and average number of contacts to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Internal and External Organisational Working Relationships

    Developing clear and achievable goals through the staff involved and generating solutions to the problems faced.  
  • Individual and Group Supervison of Staff

    Developing and managers' and supervisors' abilities to recognise what the individual and group does well, how to continue this and identfying the next steps towards progress.
  • Internal Organisational Systems and Documentation

    Developing brief and relevant assessment and intervention processes that are personalised to the service user and pertinent to the organisation.
  •  Facilitation for Team and Organisational Development Days

    A day, or series of days, for colleagues to learn how to develop solutions to the problems they face and how to develop their team and organisation in creative ways
